Treatment Planning and Restoring Dental Implant Restorations: Hands-on Model Workshop and Live Patient Demonstrations

About this Seminar

This intermediate course is intended for the General Dentist who
is interested in becoming more proficient in treatment planning
and restoring dental implant restorations ranging from basic to
complex. Instruction will be provided through a combination of
in-depth lecture with hands-on model-based instruction, and
live patient demonstrations. Prosthetically driven crown down
implant treatment planning with the use of digital diagnostic
tools, 3D planning software, and custom CAD/CAM restoration
design will be emphasized.

About Dr. Michael Parchewsky

Dentist

A KOL/Beta tester for Dentsply Sirona and implant mentor for Atlantis implant solutions, Dr. Michael Parchewsky completed his DMD at the University of Saskatchewan. Having completed an OMFS Fellowship at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, he focuses on CAD/CAM & 3D CBCT for implants, TMJ, restorative, and sleep dentistry. He is the Chief Clinical Officer for the Passion Dental Group and oversees the Passion U Education Platform. He has a role in development of AI technology as the Director of Clinical Protocols for OraQ software. He is a partner with Digital Workflow Dentistry, an online platform for podcasts, technology reviews, and lectures.

About Dr. Carman Rabuka

Dentist

Dr. Rabuka was born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. He attended the University of Saskatchewan where he received both his Bachelor of Science degree (2003) and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (2007). Following graduation he moved to Vancouver, British Columbia to complete a one-year General Practice Residency (GPR) where he learned advanced techniques in oral surgery and trauma. He returned to Saskatoon in 2008 and has been practicing here ever since. He joined Broadway Dental Group in 2011 and became one of its owners in 2014.

Dr. Rabuka enjoys all aspects of general dentistry with his main interests being in surgical procedures involving dental implants and digital dentistry with CAD/CAM technology.

Carman is an experienced cellist and has been a part of the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra for the past 19 years. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, being outdoors camping or fishing, and is a sports enthusiast. ⁣
